01 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "ye55" refers to the online casino platform operating under the domain ye55.fun, including all associated websites, mobile apps, and related services.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account at ye55.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Member on the ye55 platform, containing personal information, account balance, and transaction records.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Member into their account that can be used to play or withdrawn.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to free credits or bonuses granted by ye55 to Members in various promotional forms, subject to their own wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times or the total amount a Member must wager before a bonus becomes eligible for conversion to real withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process, the mandatory identity verification procedure that all Members must complete before their first withdrawal is approved.

02 Account Registration

To become a ye55 Member, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information accurately and truthfully. ye55 only permits one account per individual, email address, phone number, and IP address. Opening more than one account is a serious violation of these terms.

All Members are required to provide the following information upon registration and to keep it up to date at all times:

• Full name as shown on your ID card or passport
• A valid date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• An active, reachable email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Bank account or eWallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes

Ye55 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID card, bank statement, or utility bill at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the ye55 support team immediately via live chat. ye55 is not liable for any losses resulting from the account holder's own negligence.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Ye55 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly with no additional fees charged by ye55.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account status. All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned in full.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals to a verified bank account or eWallet will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Before the first withdrawal can be processed, Members are required to complete full KYC verification. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional review for compliance purposes.

Ye55 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 7 business days if a security review or investigation into any suspicious activity is required. In such cases, our support team will contact the Member concerned to obtain any additional information needed.

04 Bonus & Promotions

Ye55 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing Members, including a welcome bonus, daily cashback, friend referral bonus, and various seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the respective promotion page.

The general terms applicable to all ye55 bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in each promotional offer. Standard wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the type of promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used to play within the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Some bonuses may be restricted to specific categories only.
• Ye55 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if a Member is found to have abused the promotions system, opened multiple accounts, or violated any of the gaming terms.
• Awarded bonuses have a validity period stated in each offer. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Using a VPN or any method to conceal your actual location in order to claim promotions you are not eligible for is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Any dispute relating to a bonus or promotion must be submitted to the ye55 support team within 7 days of the relevant transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.

05 Game Rules

All games available on the ye55 platform — including slot games, sports betting, betting, bingo, fish shooting, and live casino — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by accredited international certification bodies.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets. ye55 provides gameplay guides for every game in the Help section of our platform. ye55 is not liable for any losses resulting from a Member's failure to understand the game rules.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or any malfunction affecting gameplay during an active session, ye55 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original bet amount to the Member. ye55's decision in such matters is final.

For live casino games with real dealers, ye55 uses software and equipment from certified providers. Results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by ye55.

06 Prohibited Activities

Ye55 strictly prohibits all of the following activities on our platform. Violations of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary:

• Opening more than one account under the same name, email address, phone number, or IP address
• Using another person's personal information to register or verify an account
• Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or technology designed to exploit or manipulate the ye55 gaming system
• Any form of collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Money laundering or using the ye55 platform for any illegal financial activity

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Ye55 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the ye55 support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to compliance with all relevant conditions. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for return.

For Members who choose to self-exclude from the ye55 platform for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion option can be activated via account settings or by contacting our support team. Accounts that have been self-excluded cannot be reactivated during the chosen exclusion period.

08 Liability Limits

Ye55 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by a Member in the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Internet connection failure or technical issues on the Member's end
• Valid game outcomes that do not favour the Member
• Losses arising from the Member's own negligence in securing their account
• Any changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of ye55 services

Ye55 makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted platform availability or reliability. However, we are committed to minimising downtime and resolving any disruptions as quickly as possible.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Ye55 takes Member privacy and data security extremely seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption technology. Member personal information will not be shared with any third party without the Member's written consent, unless required by law.

10 Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ye55 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved directly between the Member and ye55 shall be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming activities is lawful in their country or region of residence. ye55 bears no responsibility for any legal consequences Members may face as a result of using the platform in jurisdictions where such activities may be restricted.

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between another language version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence in all cases.
